About the role
As a Product Designer, you will work closely with care teams, partners and colleagues to turn real needs into useful systems. Turn complex healthcare experiences into products that are clear and useful.
The work goes beyond a single feature or initiative. We learn from real use, keep improving, and grow products and ventures with people from different disciplines.
This is a hybrid role combining remote and in-person work. In-person activities may include customer visits, on-site discovery, implementation support and team meetings. Locations and frequency will be agreed according to your responsibilities.

- Identify real problems and opportunities through conversations with care teams, customers and partners.
- Drive work end to end: requirements, planning, delivery, validation and improvement.
- Turn complex operations and information flows into useful, lasting systems.
- Work across product, business and design, measuring outcomes and improving continuously.
- Use AI in everyday work to support better decisions and faster progress.
Skills you’ll bring
- Experience turning a brand or business point of view into content, experiences and communication.
- Experience structuring ambiguous problems and turning them into action in your area of expertise.
- Clear, direct collaboration with people across disciplines and with customers.
- A habit of forming hypotheses, testing quickly and learning from uncertainty.
- Ownership of both quality and speed, with the follow-through to finish work well.
- Experience using AI tools to think, build or communicate better—or a strong desire to learn.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, or another regulated field.
- Experience taking a new product or venture from an early stage into growth.

Deep AI expertise is not required for every role. We do value curiosity, experimentation and using AI as a collaborator to make work better. Where AI fluency is central to a role, we will say so clearly.
