Kai Shoda
A physician and plastic surgery resident, he founded HINA to address challenges he encountered in clinical practice through technology. He leads product planning and business development to connect healthcare professionals’ knowledge and experience with AI. As CEO, he is responsible for business strategy, partnerships with medical institutions, and product vision.
COO
Shuta Yamanoi
Completed a master’s degree at Tokyo Institute of Technology and conducted regenerative medicine research at RWTH Aachen University in Germany. Before joining a major consulting firm, he worked in influencer marketing and pharmaceutical e-commerce, spanning business and marketing strategy, campaign execution, and service launch and operations. He subsequently joined a major consulting firm, working on AI-driven business transformation and product development. As COO of HINA, he turns strategy into execution across product development, marketing, and business operations.
